Hey, my name is Lauren. I am a third-year student at Lakehead University in Orillia, Ontario. I am in the Concurrent Education Program with Interdisciplinary Studies in English and Biology.
In my free time, I like to paint, cook dinners for my friends, go on walks and travel. In my travels I have visited the Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, many parts of Germany and several American States. In addition to traveling I also enjoy having deep theological conversations (life chats) with my friends.
I enjoy learning about culture and language specifically. I grew up in a very German household and was taught, German. My culture plays a large part in the formation of my identity as a second generation Canadian. This also contributes to many of my hobbies and interests as they are German related.
